談機(jī)艙油水器的維護(hù)及檢查的重點(diǎn)和設(shè)備的改造

摘要：根據(jù)公約MARPOL73/78，MEPC.107（49）的決議，修訂的船舶機(jī)器處所艙底水防污染設(shè)備指南和技術(shù)條件，采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)船舶機(jī)艙設(shè)備油水分離器檢查的要點(diǎn)和判斷的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及檢查結(jié)果的處理，后續(xù)的設(shè)備的改造符合公約和規(guī)范的要求，以提高全社會(huì)對(duì)海洋環(huán)境保護(hù)的意識(shí)。

Abstract：In accordance with the resolution of MARPOL 73 / 78，MEPC.107（49），the revised Guidelines and Technical Conditions for Bilge Water Pollution Prevention Equipment in Marine Machinery Premises are adopted by combining theory with practice.To the marine engine room equipment oil water separator inspection point and judgment standard and the inspection result processing，the follow-up equipment transformation conforms to the convention and the standard request，raises the entire society to the ocean pollution prevention consciousness.

MARPOL 73/78公約規(guī)定，凡400總噸及以上的船舶，應(yīng)裝有經(jīng)主管機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)的油水分離器設(shè)備，使通過該設(shè)備的油水混合物經(jīng)分離后排放海的水中含油量不超過15ppm，該系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備應(yīng)該有報(bào)警裝置，具有打印功能，并有船用產(chǎn)品證書和型式認(rèn)可證書，及相關(guān)的設(shè)備圖紙和管路圖紙等，凡10000總噸及以上的船舶還應(yīng)該有經(jīng)主管機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)的排油監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，每當(dāng)廢液排放時(shí)，監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)同時(shí)開始工作并提供排水中含油量的連續(xù)記錄，如果排水中含油量超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，便自動(dòng)停止排放。（剩余3284字）
