類型教育背景下職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式研究

摘 要 類型教育背景下,職業(yè)院校護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式亟須改革。文章結(jié)合山東中醫(yī)藥高等專科學(xué)校實(shí)際,從分析現(xiàn)狀著手,分析目前護(hù)理實(shí)踐教學(xué)中存在的問題,從實(shí)訓(xùn)教材編寫、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、實(shí)踐課程設(shè)置以及考核評價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行改革。實(shí)踐證明,改革提高了學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的崗位適應(yīng)能力。

Research on Practical Teaching Mode of Nursing in

Vocational Colleges Based on Type Education

Abstract Under the background of type education, the reform is carried out on nursing practice teaching mode in vocational colleges. The article combines the actual situation of Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, starting from analyzing the current situation, analyzes the problems in nursing practical teaching, and carries out reforms from the aspects of training textbook writing, teacher team construction, practical course setting, and assessment and evaluation. Practice has proven that the reform has improved students' comprehensive quality and enhanced their job adaptability.
