新時代“破五唯”開展課程評價的探索與實踐
——以云南財經(jīng)大學(xué)為例
摘 要 文章在分析和研究課程評價理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以云南財經(jīng)大學(xué)“破五唯”推進課程評價改革為例,以“課程+教師”為評價對象,以省外專家為評價主體,以精煉的評價指標(biāo)和專家意見法實行相對評價。通過課程評價初步構(gòu)建“優(yōu)教優(yōu)酬”的激勵導(dǎo)向機制,總結(jié)實踐成效與經(jīng)驗,激發(fā)教師潛心教書育人。

in the New Era by "Breaking five-only"
——A Case Study of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics

Abstract On the basis of analyzing and studying the theory of curriculum evaluation, this paper takes Yunnan University of Finance and Economics as an example to promote the reform of curriculum evaluation by "breaking five-only", takes "curriculum + teachers" as the evaluation object, takes experts outside the province as the evaluation subject, and implements relative evaluation with refined evaluation indicators. Through curriculum evaluation, a preliminary incentive oriented mechanism of "excellent teaching and remuneration" is constructed to inspire teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating students.
