蘇北二本高校學(xué)生考研現(xiàn)狀分析及對策研究

摘 要 當(dāng)前就業(yè)市場形勢較為嚴(yán)峻，很多普通高校本科畢業(yè)生面臨畢業(yè)即失業(yè)的就業(yè)困境。文章將以筆者所在某普通二本高校為例，淺析大四學(xué)生考研現(xiàn)狀，以期通過相關(guān)調(diào)查研究尋求應(yīng)對策略，對普通高校大學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃及其他同類兄弟院校學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。

Analysis of Current Situation of Postgraduate Entrance Examination in Secondary Colleges and Universities in Northern Jiangsu and Countermeasures

Abstract Influenced by the COVID-19， the current employment market situation is more severe. Many college graduates are facing the employment dilemma of unemployment upon graduation. This paper will take the author's second ordinary university as an example to analyze the current situation of senior students' postgraduate entrance examination， in order to seek countermeasures through relevant investigation and research， and bring certain guidance and reference significance to the academic career planning of college students and the construction of study style in other similar brother colleges and universities.
