新時(shí)代高校輔導(dǎo)員工作角色定位及實(shí)踐探索

摘要 伴隨著我國(guó)高等教育體制的改革，高校輔導(dǎo)員在學(xué)生管理中扮演著越來(lái)越重要的角色，集管理、教育、輔導(dǎo)于一身。文章通過(guò)論述高校輔導(dǎo)員角色定位，立足于輔導(dǎo)員角色定位的現(xiàn)狀，探索實(shí)現(xiàn)輔導(dǎo)員職能的具體路徑。關(guān)鍵詞 高校輔導(dǎo)員；角色定位；管理策略

The Role Orientation and Practice of College Counselors in the New Era

Abstract  With the reform of China's higher education system， college counselors play an increasingly important role in student management， integrating management， education and counseling. This paper discusses the role orientation of college counselors， based on the current situation of the role orientation of counselors， and explores the specific path to realize the functions of counselors.
