Abstract  In order to meet the needs of high-quality development of the school, only by building a reasonable teacher training system and incentive system, focusing on discipline development and professional layout, doing a good job in the overall planning and construction layout of teacher training, building a teacher training system,  clarifying the division of responsibilities,  and strengthening policy support,  fund guarantee,  supervision and evaluation, can we cultivate high-level backbone teachers and lead the reform and innovation of school education and teaching mode, and promote the continuous improvement of talent training quality.
