新文科視域下地方高校一流法學(xué)專業(yè)建設(shè)路徑探索

摘  要：新文科具有非常豐富的內(nèi)涵，需要立足于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)進(jìn)行深化改革，破除原有學(xué)科壁壘不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。闡述新文科建設(shè)背景及內(nèi)涵，探討新文科視域下地方高校法學(xué)專業(yè)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)，分析地方高校法學(xué)專業(yè)建設(shè)發(fā)展瓶頸，有針對性地提出新文科視域下地方高校一流法學(xué)專業(yè)課程建設(shè)路徑。

Abstract： The new liberal arts has very rich connotation， needs to be based on the traditional teaching to deepen the reform， break down the original disciplinary barriers to continue innovation and development. This paper expounds the background and connotation of the construction of the new liberal arts， probes into the objectives of the construction of the law specialty in the local colleges and universities under the new liberal arts field of vision， and analyzes the bottlenecks in the development of the construction of the law specialty in the local colleges and universities， this paper puts forward the path of the construction of the first-class law courses in local colleges and universities from the perspective of the new liberal arts.
