面向技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)的信息管理專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系構(gòu)建

摘 要:專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的重要舉措,當(dāng)前實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)支撐不足。該文以華中師范大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院面向技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)為例,提出構(gòu)建“實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)-課外培訓(xùn)-團(tuán)隊(duì)管理-項(xiàng)目實(shí)戰(zhàn)”四位一體的實(shí)踐教學(xué)新體系,以期為信息管理專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)提供參考。

Abstract: Professional practical teaching is an important measure to cultivate students' innovative ability. The current practical teaching system does not support the cultivation of technologically innovative talents. This paper takes the training of technically innovative talents in the School of Information Management of Central China Normal University as an example to propose the construction of "experimental teaching-extracurricular training-team management-project practice" a four-in-one practical teaching new system, with a view to providing a reference for the practical teaching of information management majors.
