黑龍江涉外法治人才培養(yǎng)策略研究

摘  要:涉外法治人才培養(yǎng)勢在必行,黑龍江亦不能例外。面對涉外法律人才短缺現(xiàn)狀,黑龍江涉外人才培養(yǎng)機制應進行改革創(chuàng)新,在人才培養(yǎng)層次、模式方面,政府、高校、司法部門聯(lián)動,科學設置人才培養(yǎng)方案,在拓展實踐平臺等方面應充分應對涉外法律人才供給不足的新問題、新矛盾。

Abstract: Training legal talents for foreign affairs is bound to happen in new era, and Heilongjiang province is no exception. Being confronted with the shortage of legal talents for foreign affairs, Heilongjiang Province should be creative and innovative in Human resource training mechanism, such as training level, training modes, reaction and coordination between or among government, colleges and universities, judicial organs, scientific scheme for legal talents training and extensive practicing platform concerning foreign elements, etc. for the purpose of solving new problems and new contradictions.
