糧油真菌毒素檢測技術(shù)與應(yīng)用分析
摘 要:糧油質(zhì)量作為食品安全監(jiān)測的重點內(nèi)容,直接關(guān)系到公眾健康與安全。為了有效檢測真菌毒素并確保食品安全,必須深入研究糧油真菌毒素檢測技術(shù)。因此,本文介紹了糧油產(chǎn)品中常見的真菌毒素,分析了傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)代真菌毒素檢測技術(shù)的特點,旨在為糧油真菌毒素檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展提供理論參考。

Analysis of Detection Technology and Application of Fungal Toxins in Grain and Oil

Abstract: As a key aspect of food safety monitoring, the quality of grain and oil is directly related to public health and safety. In order to effectively detect fungal toxins and ensure food safety, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the detection technology of fungal toxins in grain and oil. Therefore, this article introduces common fungal toxins in grain and oil products, analyzes the characteristics of traditional and modern fungal toxin detection techniques, and aims to provide theoretical reference for the application and development of grain and oil fungal toxin detection technology.
