食堂食品衛(wèi)生安全管理對策研究
摘 要:為了保障食品安全,我國制定了一系列相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)和標準。然而,食品安全事故時有發(fā)生,對人們的健康構(gòu)成了威脅。本文闡述食堂食品衛(wèi)生安全的重要性,分析食堂食品衛(wèi)生安全管理存在的問題,并提出相關(guān)對策,以期為大眾提供更為安全、健康的食堂食品。

Study on Countermeasures of Canteen Food Hygiene and Safety Management

Abstract: In order to ensure food safety, China has formulated a series of relevant laws, regulations and standards. However, food safety accidents happen from time to time and pose a threat to people’s health. This paper expounds the importance of canteen food hygiene and safety, analyzes the problems existing in canteen food hygiene and safety management, and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to provide more safe and healthy canteen food for the public.
