泉州市網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐食品安全監(jiān)管應(yīng)用研究

摘 要：泉州市作為福建省的重要城市之一，其網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐市場活躍，監(jiān)管部門面臨著巨大的監(jiān)管挑戰(zhàn)。本文分析泉州市網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂餐食品安全的監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀，分析監(jiān)管過程中存在的問題，并提出相關(guān)建議對策，旨在為市場監(jiān)管綜合執(zhí)法及其他相關(guān)部門提供決策參考。

Research on the Application of Food Safety Supervision of Online Ordering in Quanzhou

Abstract： As one of the important cities in Fujian province， Quanzhou has an active online food ordering market， and the regulatory authorities are facing huge regulatory challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in Quanzhou city， analyzes the problems existing in the supervision process， and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures， aiming to provide decision-making reference for comprehensive law enforcement of market supervision and other relevant departments.
