摘 要：車用線束包膠可以起到增加線束的耐磨性、抗腐蝕性、阻燃性以及美化外觀等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本文提出了一種通過伺服控制的高精度線束用膠帶切割機(jī)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)指定長度范圍內(nèi)的膠帶自動連續(xù)切割，提高了切割膠帶的生產(chǎn)效率和切割精度。

Design of Control System of Belt Cutting Machine Based on S7-1200

Abstract：The adhesive coating of vehicle harness can increase the abrasion resistance， corrosion resistance， flame retardancy and beautify the appearance of the harness. This paper presents a high-precision tape cutter for wire harness controlled by servo， which can automatically and continuously cut the tape within the specified length range， and improve the production efficiency and cutting accuracy of cutting tape.
