摘 要：在汽車使用過程中，機(jī)油壓力報(bào)警燈點(diǎn)亮說明發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油路中的機(jī)油壓力低于潤滑系統(tǒng)要求的下限值，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)潤滑系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)了問題。本文介紹了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油泵泄壓閥常開導(dǎo)致機(jī)油壓力低，點(diǎn)亮機(jī)油壓力警報(bào)燈問題的排查、分析和驗(yàn)證過程。為機(jī)油壓力報(bào)警燈常亮故障排查提供一些參考。

Check and solve the engine oil pressure alarm light on fault

Abstract：In the process of automobile use， When the oil pressure alarm light is on， the oil pressure in the engine oil line is lower than the lower limit required by the lubrication system， and there is a problem with the engine lubrication system.This paper introduces the investigation， analysis and verification process of the problem of turning on the oil pressure alarm light due to the low oil pressure caused by the normally open pressure relief valve of the engine oil pump.Provide some reference for troubleshooting when oil pressure alarm light is on.

1 引言

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油壓力正常，才能保證將機(jī)油輸送到發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各摩擦件表面，并在摩擦表面形成油膜，實(shí)現(xiàn)液體摩擦，從而減小摩擦阻力、降低功率消耗、減輕機(jī)件磨損，以達(dá)到提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作可靠性和耐久性的目的。（剩余3488字）
