摘 要:本文以正面碰撞的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),闡述正面碰撞設(shè)計(jì)的基本思路。包含:由外向內(nèi)逐級(jí)加強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì),以保證生存空間的設(shè)計(jì)基本要點(diǎn);整車(chē)受力傳遞路徑的規(guī)劃與截面力規(guī)劃的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn);同時(shí),還闡述了材質(zhì)及料厚的選取、焊接質(zhì)量對(duì)于碰撞安全的影響以及設(shè)計(jì)或選取的方法。
