摘 要：隨著汽車的普及，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為關(guān)鍵部件，在實(shí)際的運(yùn)行過程中可能發(fā)生各類故障，直接威脅到發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和整個(gè)汽車的性能和使用壽命。本文從排查、分析和驗(yàn)證發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱試檢測過程中出現(xiàn)的出水總管和節(jié)溫器殼結(jié)合處漏水問題，并制定控制措施，防止此類問題再發(fā)生。

Abstract：With the popularization of automobile， engine， as a key component， may occur all kinds of faults in the actual operation process， which directly threatens the performance and service life of the engine and the whole automobile. This paper analyzes and verifies the leakage problem at the junction of water main pipe and thermostat shell in the process of engine thermal test， and formulates control measures to prevent such problems from happening again.
