高職《汽車電控發(fā)動機檢修》課程診斷與改進實踐研究

摘 要:診改與改進工作是高職院校提升辦學水平,形成完備的人才培養(yǎng)機制的主要任務。一所院校內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證體系工作包括多個層面,而課程的診改工作是其中的關(guān)鍵。課程診改按照8字螺旋質(zhì)量循環(huán)開展,通過周期診改和常態(tài)糾偏相結(jié)合,全面提升課程教學質(zhì)量和水平,為人才培訓奠定良好基礎。

Practical Research on Diagnosis and Improvement of the Course "Automotive Electronic Control Engine Maintenance" in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:The work of diagnosis, reform and improvement is the main task of higher vocational colleges to improve the level of running schools and form a complete talent training mechanism. The internal quality assurance system of an institution includes multiple levels, and the diagnosis and reform of courses is the key. The course diagnosis and reform is carried out in accordance with the 8-character spiral quality cycle. Through the combination of periodic diagnosis and reform and normal deviation correction, the quality and level of course teaching will be comprehensively improved, and a good foundation will be laid for talent training.

1 診改背景
為貫徹落實全國職業(yè)教育大會和《國家職業(yè)教育改革實施方案》精神,根據(jù)《教育部辦公廳關(guān)于建立職業(yè)院校教學工作診斷與改進制度的通知》(教職成[2015]2號)和《關(guān)于全面推進職業(yè)院校教學工作診斷與改進制度建設的通知》(教職成司函〔2017)56號)要求[1],以提高職業(yè)院校教育教學質(zhì)量為宗旨,以內(nèi)涵建設、自我診斷、持續(xù)改進為主題,通過調(diào)研指導,積極推動職業(yè)院?;谛畔⒒芾硐到y(tǒng)構(gòu)建診斷與改進工作機制,完善診斷與改進制度建設,扎實開展教學診斷與改進工作,我院“堅持質(zhì)量優(yōu)先,以高質(zhì)量發(fā)展為引領(lǐng),以服務區(qū)域、服務產(chǎn)業(yè)、服務學生為抓手持續(xù)提升辦學質(zhì)量,著力構(gòu)建校內(nèi)動態(tài)質(zhì)量評估體系和保障體系,提升全員主人翁意識和質(zhì)量意識,力爭把學校打造成辦學特色鮮明、培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量過硬、產(chǎn)教深度融合、服務能力突出的高水平高職學校”的新發(fā)展目標,全面有序開展內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證體系建設工作,建立了“五橫五縱一平臺”的全院質(zhì)量保證體系架構(gòu),全面推進五個層面的診改工作,其中包括學校、教師、學生專、業(yè)、課程,五個層面中專業(yè)和課程層面的診改工作是重中之重[2]。(剩余2491字)
