摘 要：介紹了一種汽車側(cè)門分裝臺(tái)架的組成結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理和使用過(guò)程，簡(jiǎn)要分析了該分裝臺(tái)架在開發(fā)過(guò)程中解決的技術(shù)問(wèn)題和解決技術(shù)問(wèn)題時(shí)所采取的技術(shù)方案，總結(jié)了該分裝臺(tái)架機(jī)構(gòu)的技術(shù)應(yīng)用帶來(lái)的有益效果。

Discussion about the Development Technology of a Vehicle Side Door Sub-assembly Bench

Abstract：The composition， working principle and use process of an automobile side door sub-assembly bench are introduced. The technical problems solved in the development process of the sub-assembly bench and the technical solutions adopted to solve the technical problems are briefly analyzed. The beneficial effects brought by the technical application of the sub-assembly gantry mechanism are obtained.

1 概述

在樣車試制階段，汽車側(cè)門分裝方式大部分采用將側(cè)門內(nèi)外板總成裝在車身上之后再進(jìn)行整個(gè)側(cè)門零部件的分裝，并非單獨(dú)將側(cè)門所有零部件裝好之后再將側(cè)門總成裝到車身上。（剩余3914字）
