Discussion about the Development Technology of a Vehicle Side Door Sub-assembly Bench

Abstract:The composition, working principle and use process of an automobile side door sub-assembly bench are introduced. The technical problems solved in the development process of the sub-assembly bench and the technical solutions adopted to solve the technical problems are briefly analyzed. The beneficial effects brought by the technical application of the sub-assembly gantry mechanism are obtained.

1 概述

在樣車試制階段,汽車側(cè)門分裝方式大部分采用將側(cè)門內(nèi)外板總成裝在車身上之后再進(jìn)行整個(gè)側(cè)門零部件的分裝,并非單獨(dú)將側(cè)門所有零部件裝好之后再將側(cè)門總成裝到車身上。(剩余3914字)
