淺談基于充電需求的充電站(樁)選址及定容優(yōu)化策略問題探究

摘 要:大力推廣應(yīng)用電動(dòng)汽車是國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,但是電動(dòng)汽車?yán)m(xù)航里程、購(gòu)買成本尤其是電動(dòng)汽車充電的便利性限制了其發(fā)展與推廣應(yīng)用速度。討論基于用戶充電需求的充電站(樁)選址及定容優(yōu)化策略問題,可在成本最優(yōu)化、社會(huì)效益最大化的前提下,提高充電便利性,對(duì)我國(guó)“雙碳戰(zhàn)略”實(shí)施具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)際意義。

Discussion on the Problem of Charging Station (pile) Site Selection and Constant Capacity Optimization Strategy Based on Charging Demand

Abstract:It is a national strategy to vigorously promote the application of electric vehicles, but the cruising range, purchase cost, and especially the convenience of electric vehicle charging limit the speed of its development, promotion and application. The article discusses the problem of charging station (pile) location and capacity optimization strategy based on users' charging needs, which can improve the convenience of charging under the premise of cost optimization and social benefit maximization, and is of great practical significance to the implementation of China's "dual carbon strategy".

1 引言
近年來,我國(guó)新能源汽車基本進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)階段,隨著我國(guó)政府對(duì)“雙碳戰(zhàn)略”行動(dòng)(碳達(dá)峰、碳中和)的實(shí)施,新能源汽車在市場(chǎng)中的占比將呈總體加速上升趨勢(shì),燃油車出現(xiàn)萎縮,新能源汽車成為汽車市場(chǎng)的增量,預(yù)計(jì)2021年全國(guó)新能源汽車總銷量將達(dá)到240萬臺(tái),市場(chǎng)滲透率超過10%以上。(剩余4558字)
