摘 要：四輪定位參數(shù)對車輛動(dòng)態(tài)行駛性能至關(guān)重要，很多企業(yè)及工程人員對四輪定位參數(shù)的正向設(shè)計(jì)方法并不是太清楚。本文詳細(xì)介紹了四輪定位參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和驗(yàn)證方法，并詳細(xì)說明了其對布置和性能的影響，對底盤正向開發(fā)和后期調(diào)校優(yōu)化具有借鑒意義。

Design of Four Wheel Alignment Parameters for Passenger Cars

Abstract：Wheel alignment parameters are significant to vehicle dynamic performance， many enterprises and engineers are not very clear about Top-down design of Wheel alignment.This paper stated detail method to get well vehicle dynamic performance through proper chassis architecture and definition of wheel alignment parameters. It is meaningful to guide chassis design，tuning and optimization.

1 引言

四輪定位參數(shù)是汽車底盤性能的核心指標(biāo)，通過參考競品車設(shè)定，在側(cè)向力外傾、側(cè)傾外傾、轉(zhuǎn)向外傾等關(guān)鍵KC性能指標(biāo)與競品車存在差異時(shí)，參考設(shè)定的四輪定位參數(shù)就很難到達(dá)理想的底盤性能，甚至可能導(dǎo)致輪胎異常磨損。（剩余4173字）
