摘 要：文章對某量產(chǎn)車型儀表板與前門飾板對齊度不合問題進行了研究，找出了產(chǎn)生該問題的根本原因，并制定了相應(yīng)的解決措施，根據(jù)質(zhì)量檢測結(jié)果說明：采取的解決措施是有效的，解決了某量產(chǎn)車型儀表板與前門飾板對齊度不合問題。

Study on the Issue of the Improper Alignment between Instrument Panel and Front Door Trim of a Production Vehicle

Abstract：This paper introduces the study on the issue of the improper alignment between instrument panel and front door trim of a production vehicle. By analyzing the issue， the fundamental reason was found， and the solving measure was given， and the quality test result shows that the solving measure is valid and the issue of the improper alignment between instrument panel and front door trim is solved.
