摘 要:本文從材料、關(guān)鍵工藝、環(huán)境、其他、成品檢測等環(huán)節(jié)開展汽車前門飾板總成散發(fā)性管控實踐活動,為汽車主機廠和零部件及材料供應(yīng)商聯(lián)合行動來管控汽車內(nèi)飾零部件散發(fā)性提供一個有效的范例,從而對整車的內(nèi)飾零部件散發(fā)性管控探尋出一種可復(fù)制可推廣到各車型使用的工作模式,以便提升汽車整車的散發(fā)性。

Abstract:This paper carries out practical activities of sporadic control of automotive door panel assembly from the aspects of materials, key process, environment, others and finished product testing, providing an effective example for the joint action of auto oems, auto parts and material suppliers to control the sporadic control of automotive interior parts.Thus, a working mode that can be copied and extended to various models is explored for the sporadic control of interior parts of the whole vehicle, so as to improve the emission control of the whole vehicle.
