基于Minitab的試驗設(shè)計在輪胎總成裝配中的運用

摘 要：本文運用Minitab軟件進行試驗設(shè)計，數(shù)據(jù)分析，優(yōu)化預(yù)測，來解決車輪及輪總成裝配方法改進的問題。結(jié)果表明通過Minitab軟件能快捷的進行試驗設(shè)計，能直觀、快速、準(zhǔn)確的進行數(shù)據(jù)分析并給出優(yōu)化預(yù)測，可以在解決企業(yè)中的質(zhì)量問題的方案決策中進行推廣。

Abstract：This paper uses Minitab software for test design， data analysis， and optimization prediction， to solve the issues of wheel and wheel assembly method improvement. The results show that Minitab software can be used for quick test design， intuitive， fast and accurate data analysis and optimization prediction， which can be popularized in the solution of quality problems in enterprises.
