基于育人為本的“四化”育人模式的構建與探索
——以漢中職業(yè)技術學院技術學院汽車機電學院為例
摘 要:為培養(yǎng)德藝雙馨的職業(yè)院校技能型技術型人才,漢中職業(yè)技術學院汽車與機電工程學院在多年的學生管理工作中提出以“德技并修,四化并舉,鑄匠英才”為主題的積極德育模式,以學校推動,二級學院貫徹,班級具體實施為實踐體系,進一步豐富學校德育實踐活動,并取得了良好的育人效果。

Abstract:In order to cultivate skilled and technical talents in vocational colleges with both moral and technical skills, Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College School of Automotive and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has put forward the idea of "combining moral and technical skills, emphasizing four modernizations, and casting talents" in the student management work for many years. The positive moral education model with the theme of the school, is promoted by schools, implemented by secondary colleges, and implemented in classes as the practice system, which further enriches the school's moral education practice activities, and has achieved good educating results.
