淺談一種主減速器殼體的加工工藝

摘 要:柔性加工、工序集中是加工工藝的趨勢。本文通過分析比較傳統的主減速器殼體的加工工藝和基于臥式加工中心的主減速器殼體的加工工藝,可以看出基于臥式加工中心的主減速器殼體的柔性加工工藝可以減少設備數量,節(jié)省場地,減少操作人員數量。

Abstract:Flexible processing and process concentration are the trends of processing technology. In this paper, by analyzing and comparing the processing technology of the traditional main reducer casing and the processing technology of the main reducer casing based on the horizontal machining center, it can be seen that the flexible processing technology of the main reducer casing based on the horizontal machining center can reduce the number of equipment, saving space and reducing the number of operators.

1 引言
主減速器殼體是驅動橋的重要部件之一,分后橋主減速器殼體和中橋主減速器殼體,是汽車驅動橋總成中用于裝配主動齒輪及軸承座總成和被動齒輪及差速器總成的支撐零件,因此主減速器殼體的加工精度直接影響驅動橋總成的裝配精度、驅動橋總成的噪聲。(剩余2760字)
