一種自清潔式空氣濾清器設(shè)計(jì)研究

摘 要：礦用汽車的運(yùn)行條件是各種車輛中最為惡劣的。路面條件差，礦用汽車運(yùn)行環(huán)境中含有大量粉塵。自清潔式空氣濾清器作為礦用汽車的關(guān)鍵零部件，不僅可以有效的過濾空氣中的粉塵，同時(shí)通過自清潔效果可以有效的可以對空氣濾清器濾芯重復(fù)利用，大大減少礦用車輛的維護(hù)時(shí)間與成本，提高礦用車輛工作效率。

Abstract：The operation condition of mining truck is the worst among all kinds of vehicles. The road condition is poor， and there is a lot of dust in the operating environment of mining truck. As a key component of mining truck， self-cleaning air filter can not only effectively filter the dust in the air， but also effectively reuse the air filter element through self-cleaning effect， greatly reduce the maintenance time and cost of mining vehicles and improve the working efficiency of mining vehicles.
