摘要：公共圖書館作為社會文化建設(shè)的重要基地，迎來了向全體民眾進(jìn)行閱讀推廣服務(wù)的新機遇。該文通過闡述了公共圖書館全民閱讀推廣服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀，論述了公共圖書館全民閱讀推廣創(chuàng)新的必要性。并以太原市圖書館為例，列舉了一系列公共圖書館全民閱讀推廣創(chuàng)新服務(wù)及活動。

On the promotion and innovation of national reading in Public Libraries

—Taking Taiyuan Library as an example

Abstract： As an important base of social and cultural construction， public library has ushered in a new opportunity to provide reading promotion services to all the people. This paper expounds the current situation of national reading promotion service in public library， and discusses the necessity of national reading promotion innovation in public library. Taking Taiyuan Library as an example， this paper lists a series of national reading promotion and innovation services and activities of public libraries.
