風(fēng)電企業(yè)職業(yè)健康綜合干預(yù)措施研究

摘要：近年來，隨著風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展，其相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)健康問題逐漸暴露，并引起行業(yè)主管部門和企業(yè)的高度重視。結(jié)合風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)的工作特點(diǎn)，對(duì)現(xiàn)階段影響風(fēng)電企業(yè)職業(yè)健康狀況的主要危害因素展開全面分析，提出具有針對(duì)性的綜合干預(yù)措施，為進(jìn)一步提升風(fēng)電企業(yè)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)健康水平保障提供有價(jià)值的參考。

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of the wind power industry， the occupational health problems of its employees have been gradually exposed and have attracted widespread attention from the society. With the characteristics of the wind power industry， this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the main hazard factors affecting the occupational health of wind power enterprises at this stage， and proposes targeted and comprehensive intervention measures to provide valuable references for further improving the occupational health of wind power enterprise employees.
