淺談離心式壓縮機(jī)的防喘振控制

摘要：離心式壓縮機(jī)在石油化工行業(yè)中的使用十分普遍，而喘振為其固有屬性，為保證壓縮機(jī)安全高效的運(yùn)行，要盡量避免機(jī)組發(fā)生喘振，因此防喘振控制極為重要。本文介紹了喘振產(chǎn)生的原因與防喘振的基本原理，并著重介紹了實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中防喘振控制的響應(yīng)原理及控制方式。

Abstract：Centrifugal compressor is widely used in petrochemical industry，And surge is an inherent property，In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the compressor， it is necessary to avoid surge of the unit， so anti-surge control is very important.This paper introduces the cause of surge and the basic principle of anti-surge， and focuses on the response principle and control mode of anti-surge control in actual production process.

離心式壓縮機(jī)又叫做透平式壓縮機(jī)，整個(gè)壓縮機(jī)沒有中間罐等裝置，也沒有巨大且笨重的基礎(chǔ)元件，整體結(jié)構(gòu)十分緊湊，總體尺寸小，分量輕；機(jī)器內(nèi)部耗油量很少，只有軸承部分需要潤滑，減少了壓縮空氣被污染的可能性；壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行過程中振動(dòng)小，出口排氣連續(xù)，易于調(diào)節(jié)，維修簡單。（剩余3766字）
