地方本科高校青年教師教學(xué)能力提升策略

摘要地方本科高校的人才培養(yǎng)能力影響地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，而地方本科高校的發(fā)展與青年教師緊密聯(lián)系。文章論述了地方高校青年教師在教育教學(xué)方面遇到的問題和挑戰(zhàn)，并提出了青年教師提高教學(xué)能力的方法。

Research on the Development of Teachers'Teaching Ability inLocal Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

Abstract  Teaching ability is the main embodiment of teachers' professional ability， which will affect the teaching quality of higher education. This paper discusses the composition of teaching ability of local college teachers， the difficulties encountered by local college teachers in education and teaching， and puts forward the strategies to improve teaching ability.
