摘  要：通過調(diào)研電子類企業(yè)招聘崗位的分布情況及其對(duì)專業(yè)能力的具體需求情況，進(jìn)而基于產(chǎn)教精準(zhǔn)對(duì)接培育應(yīng)用型人才的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求，有針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)電子類專業(yè)學(xué)生在校期間的理論知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)。以此提高教與學(xué)、學(xué)與用的適配性，為學(xué)生穩(wěn)妥就業(yè)并不斷拓展職業(yè)發(fā)展的空間和維度提供有力支撐。

Abstract： By investigating the distribution of recruitment posts in electronic enterprises and their specific requirements for professional competence， and then based on the practical requirements of training application-oriented talents through the precise connection between industry and education， the paper strengthens the application ability of electronic students during the school period， in order to improve the teaching and learning， learning and use of the adaptability for students to secure employment and continue to expand the space and dimensions of career development to provide a strong support.

每年都有源源不斷的大學(xué)生涌入就業(yè)市場，而近幾年經(jīng)濟(jì)增長減緩給電子類企業(yè)帶來了較大沖擊，這些企業(yè)要堅(jiān)持下來并得到穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，急需能對(duì)自己企業(yè)起到“立竿見影”促進(jìn)作用的人才，因此學(xué)生在校所培養(yǎng)的應(yīng)用能力要和實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的需求更加吻合、更加匹配才能勝任崗位需要。（剩余8062字）
