——以常熟理工學(xué)院電梯行業(yè)學(xué)院為例

摘  要:承載著為區(qū)域行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展培養(yǎng)高質(zhì)量人才的歷史使命,為推動(dòng)課程建設(shè)和教學(xué)改革,提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量,組建電梯教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),該文在常熟理工學(xué)院現(xiàn)有電梯教學(xué)課程體系基礎(chǔ)上,通過課程群建設(shè)和多元化教學(xué)模式,促進(jìn)發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)的集聚整合效應(yīng),將學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)與團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)過程聯(lián)動(dòng)融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)特色高水平發(fā)展。

Abstract: Bearing the historical mission of cultivating high-quality talents for regional industrial economic development, in order to promote curriculum construction and teaching reform, improve teaching quality and establish elevator teaching team, based on the existing elevator teaching curriculum system of our university, this paper promotes the agglomeration and integration effect of the team through curriculum group construction and diversified teaching mode, combining the cultivation of students with the process of team construction to realize the high-level development of team characteristics.
