轉(zhuǎn)型遷建背景下獨(dú)立學(xué)院校外實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革與發(fā)展研究

摘  要：基于獨(dú)立學(xué)院應(yīng)用技術(shù)型高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展和遷建辦學(xué)背景，分析了校外實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在的問題，從轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念、資源保障機(jī)制、管理體制、考核機(jī)制四個方面提出獨(dú)立學(xué)院校外實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革和發(fā)展的思路和對策，并對改革過程中需注意的政策制度保障問題進(jìn)行了探討。

Abstract： Based on the background of the transformation and development of independent colleges and universities， this paper first analyzes the problems existing in off-campus practice teaching. Then， it puts forward the thoughts and countermeasures of the reform and development of off-campus practice teaching in independent colleges from four aspects： changing ideas， resource guarantee mechanism， management system and assessment mechanism. Finally， it discusses the policy and system guarantee in the process of reform.
