我國公共圖書館服務定位之變化

摘要：公共圖書館是國家公共服務體系的重要組成部分，隨著經濟社會的發(fā)展，其服務功能也發(fā)生著改變。文章基于1994版《公共圖書館宣言》，論述了我國公共圖書館事業(yè)走過的三段具有歷史意義的路程及其每段路程上我國公共圖書館服務定位的變化，希望能促進公共圖書館事業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展。

Changes in the Service Positioning of Public Libraries in China

Abstract： Public libraries are an important component of the national public service system， and their service functions are also changing with the development of the economy and society. The article is based on IFLA/UNESCO Public Library Manifesto in 1994， discussing the three historic journeys that China ’s public library industry has gone through and the changes in the service positioning of China ’s public libraries during each journey. It is hoped that this can promote the further development of the public library industry.
