煤礦安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、雙重預(yù)防機(jī)制與安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)控管理體系的關(guān)系

【摘  要】為梳理煤礦企業(yè)的安全管理架構(gòu)，論文對(duì)比了煤礦企業(yè)現(xiàn)行的煤礦安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)管控和隱患排查治理雙重預(yù)防機(jī)制、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)控管理體系的主要來源、工作目標(biāo)和基本要求，研究了三者的特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)涵聯(lián)系，有利于輔助企業(yè)建立安全管理的內(nèi)生機(jī)制。

【Abstract】In order to sort out the safety management structure of coal mine enterprises， this paper compares the main sources， working objectives and basic requirements of the coal mine safety production standardization management system， the double prevention mechanism of safety risk hierarchical control and hidden danger investigation and treatment， and the safety risk pre-control management system currently being implemented in coal mine enterprises， and studies the characteristics and connotation of the three， which is conducive to assisting enterprises to establish the endogenous mechanism of safety management.
