【摘  要】論文對(duì)新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)中小企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，并有針對(duì)性地提出了對(duì)策和建議，希望能夠?qū)ο嚓P(guān)領(lǐng)域人員有所幫助。

【Abstract】This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the process of internal control and risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China under the new situation， and pointedly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions， hoping to be helpful to personnel in relevant fields.

1 引言
