蔬菜中9種農(nóng)藥殘留的檢測分析

摘 要:農(nóng)藥殘留是蔬菜中突出的食品安全問題,高效、便捷、快速地檢測蔬菜中農(nóng)藥殘留是否超標(biāo)尤為重要。本文通過氣相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法測定蔬菜中常見的9種農(nóng)藥殘留,對樣品前處理的過程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果顯示,方法線性關(guān)系良好,回收率、精密度均滿足多組分農(nóng)藥殘留在蔬菜中的快速、高效、準(zhǔn)確定性與定量分析要求。

Detection and Analysis of Nine Kinds of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract: Pesticide residues are a prominent food safety issue in vegetables, and it is particularly important to efficiently, conveniently, and quickly detect whether pesticide residues in vegetables exceed the standard. This article uses gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry to determine 9 common pesticide residues in vegetables and optimize the sample pretreatment process. The results showed that the linear relationship of the method was good, and the recovery rate and precision met the requirements for rapid, efficient, accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of multi-component pesticide residues in vegetables.

隨著蔬菜種植的規(guī)?;?,種植戶為減少蔬菜的病蟲害與提高蔬菜的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、高產(chǎn)性,大量使用農(nóng)藥用于防治病蟲害和促進(jìn)植物生長,不規(guī)范使用農(nóng)藥和違規(guī)使用禁用農(nóng)藥使得農(nóng)藥殘留問題越來越嚴(yán)重,最終影響人們的身體健康。(剩余2466字)
