淺談質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的促進作用

【摘要】本文著重介紹了國家質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施（NQI）概念的提出以及演變過程，我國當(dāng)前NQI發(fā)展的情況和存在的問題，針對存在的問題進行了分析，并對今后國家質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的發(fā)展進行了積極的探索。

Abstract：This paper focuses on the introduction of the concept of National Quality Infrastructure（NQI），the evolution process，the current situation and existing problems of NQI development in China. This paper analyzes the existing problems，and conducts in-depth research on the future development of National Quality Infrastructure either.
