化工機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝工程質(zhì)量控制方法探尋

【摘要】在現(xiàn)代化學(xué)機(jī)械設(shè)備裝配過(guò)程中，品質(zhì)控制是最基礎(chǔ)、最關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)。通過(guò)對(duì)化工機(jī)械設(shè)備安裝情況進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)在實(shí)際操作中，有關(guān)部門(mén)對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程管理不夠重視，安裝質(zhì)量不能滿(mǎn)足相關(guān)規(guī)定。在化工機(jī)械安裝過(guò)程中，要結(jié)合其特性，采取相應(yīng)措施，達(dá)到更好的安裝效果，保障設(shè)備安裝質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)。

Exploration on Quality Control Methods of Chemical Machinery Installation Engineering

Abstract：In the assembly process of modern chemical machinery equipment，quality control is the most basic and critical link. Through the analysis of the installation of chemical machinery and equipment，it was found that in actual operation，the relevant departments did not pay enough attention to the production process management，and the installation quality could not meet the relevant provisions. During the installation of chemical machinery，corresponding measures shall be taken in combination with its characteristics to achieve better installation effect and ensure that the equipment installation quality reaches the standard.
