活塞式體積管在檢定質量流量計中的應用

【摘要】作為容積式的流量標準裝置，活塞式體積管在檢定質量流量計時受操作難度、運行中產生的氣泡和密度測量的方式等影響，在實際中應用較少。本文主要介紹了以水溫測量密度和以雙計時脈沖插值技術測量體積來檢定質量流量計的新方法，并對日常應用中出現的問題進行了分析，提出了改進的方案。

Application of Piston Type Volumetric Tube in Calibrating Mass Flowmeter

Abstract：As a volumetric flow standard device，the piston-type volumetric tube is rarely used in practice due to the difficulty of operation，air bubbles generated during operation，and the method of density measurement when calibrating a mass flowmeter. This paper mainly introduces a new method for calibrating mass flowmeters by measuring density by water temperature and by measuring volume by double timing pulse interpolation technique，and analyze the problems in daily application，and put forward the improvement plan.

近幾年，錦西石化分公司在物料計量方面采取了以質量為基本量的計量體系，在MES系統應用了大批質量流量計，因此質量流量計的檢定工作受到各有關部門的關注。（剩余3708字）
