淺析“遼寧優(yōu)品”認證標(biāo)準體系對遼寧公共品牌建設(shè)的引領(lǐng)作用

【摘要】本文介紹了建立“遼寧優(yōu)品”認證標(biāo)準體系的初步成果，簡要分析并闡明對遼寧產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)領(lǐng)域公共品牌建設(shè)將起到標(biāo)準支撐、質(zhì)量求生、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動和信譽保障的引領(lǐng)作用，有利于開創(chuàng)遼寧品牌建設(shè)新局面。

Analysis on the Leading Role of the“Liaoning Superior Product”Certification Standard System in the Construction of Liaoning Public Brand

Abstract：This paper introduces the preliminary results of establishing the certification standard system of“Liaoning Superior Products”， briefly analyzes and clarifies that it will play a leading role in standard support， quality survival， innovation drive and reputation guarantee for the construction of public brands in the field of products and services in Liaoning， which is conducive to creating a new situation of brand construction in Liaoning.

2021年，遼寧省質(zhì)量強省工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室制定和發(fā)布《關(guān)于推進“遼寧優(yōu)品”認證打造遼寧質(zhì)量品牌的意見》（遼質(zhì)強辦〔2021〕5號），提出以標(biāo)準為引領(lǐng)、以認證為手段，對符合高標(biāo)準、高品質(zhì)要求的遼寧產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)進行第三方認證，通過持續(xù)培育，形成一批自主創(chuàng)新、品質(zhì)高端、服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)、信譽過硬、社會公認的“遼寧優(yōu)品”品牌群體。（剩余4614字）
