【摘要】熱變形維卡軟化溫度測定儀主要用于非金屬材料（塑料、橡膠、尼龍、電絕緣等）的熱變形溫度，以及維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度的測定。本文研究了熱變形維卡軟化溫度測定儀的校準(zhǔn)方法，并對其溫度偏差的校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了不確定度分析。

Study on Calibration Method of Vicat Softening Temperature Tester for Thermal Deformation

Abstract：The thermal deformation Vicat softening temperature tester is mainly used to measure the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials（plastic，rubber，nylon，electrical insulating，etc.）. This paper studies the calibration method of the Vicat softening temperature tester for thermal deformation，and analyzes the uncertainty of the calibration results of the temperature deviation.

熱變形維卡軟化溫度測定儀主要用于非金屬材料，如塑料、橡膠、尼龍、電絕緣等材料的熱變形溫度及維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度的測定，它由金屬試樣架、裝有負(fù)荷板的負(fù)載桿、壓針頭組件、千分表（位移測量儀器）、測溫儀器、加熱裝置等組成（見圖1）。（剩余2150字）
