線束組件在電子整機(jī)設(shè)備上的應(yīng)用研究

摘要:針對(duì)線束組件在電子整機(jī)設(shè)備中的布設(shè)路徑和長度必須依靠實(shí)物樣機(jī)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃和測(cè)繪來獲取的問題,提出了數(shù)字樣機(jī)的概念和三維布線仿真的方法,在設(shè)計(jì)階段通過數(shù)字化三維模型進(jìn)行布線設(shè)計(jì),獲取線束組件的路徑和準(zhǔn)確長度信息,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)、并行生產(chǎn)以及三維可視化裝配的全新設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)模式。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the layout path and length of harness components in electronic equipment must be obtained by planning and mapping based on physical prototype,the concept of digital prototype and 3D wiring simulation method are proposed.In the design stage,the wiring design is carried out through digital 3D model to obtain the path and accurate length information of harness components,so as to realize the new design and production mode of digital design,parallel production and three-dimensional visual assembly.
