大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)解析與策略研究

摘要：創(chuàng)業(yè)精神對(duì)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)行為有著非常重大的指導(dǎo)意義。結(jié)合大學(xué)生的實(shí)際特征和創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的主要步驟，本文將創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的構(gòu)成解讀為理性分析的精神、堅(jiān)韌不拔的精神以及樂(lè)觀主義精神，在詳細(xì)解讀創(chuàng)業(yè)精神構(gòu)成的基礎(chǔ)上，本文提出了加強(qiáng)案例分析、注重思想教育以及樹(shù)立宏觀格局這三項(xiàng)培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的建議。

Analysis and Strategy Research on the Cultivation

of College Students' Entrepreneurial Spirit

Abstract：Entrepreneurship is of great significance in guiding the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.Combining the actual characteristics of college students and the main steps of entrepreneurial behavior，this paper interprets the constitution of entrepreneurial spirit as the spirit of rational analysis，the spirit of perseverance and the spirit of optimism，on the basis of analyzing the Constitution of entrepreneurship in detail，this paper puts forward three suggestions：strengthening case analysis，paying attention to ideological education and setting up macro pattern.

2019年9月，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳頒布了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步支持大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《意見(jiàn)》），在《意見(jiàn)》中，關(guān)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新指出，支持在校大學(xué)生提升創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力，支持高校畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)，提升人力資源素質(zhì)，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生更加充分更高質(zhì)量就業(yè)。（剩余4818字）
