中職教師評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制探究

摘要中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展需要建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍,建立中職教師評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)對(duì)教師的評(píng)價(jià)管理,是提高教師工作積極性,提升教師素質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。文章就建立中職教師評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的意義與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,探索中職學(xué)校開展教師評(píng)價(jià)管理的方法與路徑。

AbstractThe development of secondary vocational education requires the construction of a high-quality teaching team, the establishment of an evaluation mechanism for secondary vocational teachers, and the strengthening of evaluation management for teachers. This is a key link in improving teachers' work enthusiasm and quality. This article studies the significance and current situation of establishing a teacher evaluation mechanism for vocational schools, and explores the methods and paths for carrying out teacher evaluation management in vocational schools.
