基于創(chuàng)新能力導向的生態(tài)學專業(yè)研究生培養(yǎng)模式探索
摘要文章基于對傳統(tǒng)研究生培養(yǎng)模式弊端的分析,結合生態(tài)學專業(yè)研究生培養(yǎng)的實際情況,在創(chuàng)新能力導向下對生態(tài)學專業(yè)研究生培養(yǎng)模式進行探究,將復合型人才培養(yǎng)作為重點,從課程體系改革和師資隊伍建設兩方面入手,輔以其他對策支持,協(xié)同合力下促進生態(tài)學專業(yè)研究生人才培養(yǎng)工作質量的提升,助力其可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Exploration of the Cultivation Model for Ecological Graduate Students Based on Innovation Ability Orientation

AbstractThe article is based on the analysis of the drawbacks of traditional graduate training models, combined with the actual situation of ecological graduate training, and explores the ecological graduate training model under the guidance of innovative ability. The focus is on the cultivation of composite talents, starting from the reform of curriculum system and the construction of teaching staff, supplemented by other countermeasures to promote the improvement of the quality of ecological graduate talent training work through collaborative efforts, and assist in its sustainable development.
