師范專業(yè)認證視域下學前教育專業(yè)學生師德培養(yǎng)的思考
摘要文章聚焦高職院校的學前教育專業(yè),在師范專業(yè)認證標準下對學前教育專業(yè)學生師德培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展與價值進行分析,給出五條培養(yǎng)路徑,分別是注重課程設置,培養(yǎng)師德意識;關(guān)注實踐教學,培養(yǎng)責任意識;樹立教師榜樣,形成積極影響;激發(fā)學生參與,提升主動能力;利用社會實踐,樹立價值觀念。

AbstractThe article focuses on the preschool education major in vocational colleges, analyzes the development and value of teacher ethics training for preschool education students under the certification standards of teacher education major, and provides five training paths, namely emphasizing curriculum design and cultivating teacher ethics awareness; Pay attention to practical teaching and cultivate a sense of responsibility; Set a good example for teachers and form a positive impact; Stimulate students' participation and enhance their initiative; Utilize social practice to establish values.
