【摘要】目的：調(diào)查分析心肌梗死患者采用整體護理干預(yù)對其生存質(zhì)量所產(chǎn)生的影響作用。方法：于2020年6月—2021年6月抽取50例心肌梗死患者，按隨機原則分組（n=25），分組與護理方案對應(yīng)如下，對照組采用常規(guī)護理，觀察組采用整體護理，將兩組生存質(zhì)量評分、護理總滿意度等進行比較。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后兩組生存質(zhì)量評分與護理總滿意度比較，觀察組高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

The Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Myocardial Infarction

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate and analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods：From June 2020 to June 2021，50 patients with myocardial infarction were selected and grouped according to the principle of randomization（n=25）.The groups correspond to the nursing plan as follows，the control group adopted routine nursing，and the observation group adopted holistic nursing.Thequality of life scores，total nursing satisfactionwerecompared between the two groups.Results：After the intervention，the quality of life scores and the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P
