【摘要】目的：分析對(duì)于預(yù)防接種兒童進(jìn)行精細(xì)化護(hù)理干預(yù)的方法及其應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：抽取2020年1月—2021年7月本院預(yù)防接種兒童共計(jì)90例，隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組，對(duì)照組為常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組聯(lián)合應(yīng)用精細(xì)化護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)比兩組兒童的預(yù)防接種質(zhì)量、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率以及預(yù)防接種的健康知識(shí)知曉率。結(jié)果：觀察組預(yù)防接種及時(shí)率、預(yù)防接種成功率較對(duì)照組更高（P
