妊娠期糖尿病飲食干預(yù)與運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析飲食干預(yù)與運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)在妊娠期糖尿病孕婦中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：研究選擇我院60例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦為研究對(duì)象，按護(hù)理干預(yù)方法將孕婦分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各30例，對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察組采取飲食干預(yù)與運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)，比較兩組護(hù)理干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：觀察組護(hù)理效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，數(shù)據(jù)差異顯著，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
